Bro 444 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

01 — General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and bro 444 ("the Platform", "we", "us") in relation to your use of the bro 444 website available at bro444.run and all services offered through it. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet at bro 444, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

Bro 444 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Pakistani players. All monetary values referenced in these Terms are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. The platform's primary payment methods are Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

These Terms are governed by and construed in a manner consistent with internationally recognised online gaming standards. Any disputes arising from your use of bro 444 that cannot be resolved through our support channels will be referred to independent arbitration.

02 — Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must meet all of the following criteria to register and play at bro 444:

Bro 444 reserves the right to request identity documentation from any player at any time to verify age eligibility. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution.

03 — Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold exactly one account at bro 444. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same phone number, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering at bro 444, you are required to provide:

• A valid Pakistani mobile phone number that you own and control.
• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport.
• Your date of birth accurately reflecting your actual age.
• A secure password that you have not used on other platforms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bro 444 account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with any other person, and logging out of your account on shared or public devices. Bro 444 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have shared or compromised your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your bro 444 account, contact our support team immediately via live chat or at support@bro444.run. We will initiate an account security review and temporarily freeze activity if necessary to protect your funds.

04 — Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at bro 444 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following limits apply to standard accounts:

Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your bro 444 account. Third-party withdrawals — sending winnings to someone else's Easypaisa or bank account — are not permitted under any circumstances. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

Bro 444 does not charge any transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees — check with Easypaisa or JazzCash directly if you have questions about their charges. These are outside bro 444's control.

05 — Bonuses & Promotional Terms

Bro 444 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets and VIP rewards. Each promotion carries its own specific terms — the key shared rules that apply across all bro 444 bonuses are set out here.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance and are separate from your cash balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements (WR) are stated as a multiplier on the bonus amount (e.g., 12x means you must bet 12 times the bonus value). Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100% toward WR. Bets at odds below 1.50 do not contribute.
• Unless stated otherwise, deposit bonuses carry a 30-day expiry from the date of crediting. Unmet wagering requirements after 30 days result in forfeiture of remaining bonus balance only — your cash balance is unaffected.
• Cashback promotions at bro 444 carry no wagering requirement. Cashback credited to your account is treated as withdrawable cash from the moment it is credited.
• Free bet stakes are not returned as cash on winning bets — only the profit is awarded as withdrawable cash.
• Bro 444 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion without prior notice, except where a player has already claimed and activated that promotion.
• Bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts, exploiting offer mechanics, or placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

06 — Betting Rules & Settlement

The following rules govern all sports and esports betting activity at bro 444:

• Minimum bet: Rs 50 per selection on all markets. Accumulator minimum total stake is also Rs 50.
• Maximum bet: Varies by market and sport. Maximum stakes on standard match-winner markets are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Match cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play for settlement, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned to your PKR balance.
• Postponements: Events postponed by less than 12 hours that complete within the original scheduled day will typically stand. Events postponed beyond 12 hours are voided unless the specific market's terms state otherwise.
• Palpable errors: If a bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a human or system error at bro 444, the platform reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake. This will be communicated to the player within 24 hours of the error being identified.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted at bro 444's current displayed odds at the moment of confirmation. Once confirmed, in-play bets cannot be cancelled. A brief delay may apply between bet placement and confirmation during periods of high traffic.
• Settlement timing: Bets are settled as quickly as possible after the relevant market closes. Standard match-winner bets typically settle within 30 minutes of the final whistle or result confirmation.

07 — Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at bro 444 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account under any name, device or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use any automated software, bots or scripts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a bro 444 account for money laundering or any transaction not related to genuine gaming activity.
• Sharing your account with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Placing matched bets or lay bets designed to clear bonus wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the platform's games and markets.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing bro 444 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access areas of the bro 444 platform not intended for your account level through technical means.

08 — Account Suspension & Closure

Bro 444 may suspend or permanently close a player account in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed breach of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct described in Section 07.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within 30 days of a request.
• Player-requested self-exclusion or cooling-off period under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months where the balance is zero.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or terms violation, bro 444 will notify the player by email or SMS within 48 hours and provide an opportunity to appeal. During the appeal period, the account balance is held in escrow and not forfeited. If the appeal is successful, the account and balance are fully reinstated.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bro 444 account may do so by contacting support. Any remaining cash balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days, provided all wagering obligations have been met.

09 — Privacy & Data Use

By registering at bro 444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. The key points are summarised here:

• Bro 444 collects only the data necessary to operate your account, process payments and comply with legal obligations.
• Your data is never sold to third-party marketing organisations.
• Transaction records are retained for a minimum period required under applicable financial regulations.

• If you have opted in to marketing communications, you may opt out at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

All data transmission between your device and bro 444 is encrypted using TLS 1.3 or higher. Payment data is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and bro 444 does not store full card numbers or wallet credentials on its own servers.

10 — Responsible Gaming

11 — Liability & Service Availability

Bro 444 aims to maintain 99.5% platform uptime and provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous access, bro 444 cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for losses resulting from:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance windows (these are announced in advance where possible).
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile network congestion.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, widespread power outages or infrastructure failures outside bro 444's reasonable control.
• Third-party payment processor delays, including delays caused by Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank processing systems.

Bro 444's total liability to any individual player in any calendar month shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total deposits made by that player in the preceding 12 months, or (b) Rs 500,000. This limitation does not apply to cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by bro 444.

12 — Amendments to These Terms

Bro 444 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the platform will notify registered players via SMS or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Changes that are required by applicable law, regulatory guidance or payment processor policy may take effect immediately without prior notice. In such cases, bro 444 will notify affected players as soon as reasonably practicable.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your only recourse is to close your bro 444 account. Contact support@bro444.run and our team will process your account closure and return your cash balance in full within five business days. Your continued use of bro 444 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
